The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with certification (e.g., ASCP) and has clinical laboratory experience; teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and certification (e.g., ASCP).
• Experience in clinical laboratory roles and teaching preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality practices, and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Performing all duties and meeting competency expectations of a medical laboratory scientist.
• Collaborating with education teams to develop and deliver MLS curricula.
• Maintaining confidentiality of patient and student data.
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and reporting issues promptly.
• Engaging in continuous quality improvement and ongoing education.
• Participating in team efforts to optimize workflows and meet organizational goals.
