Job summary

Qualifications

• ASCP MLS certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• 2–3+ years of clinical lab experience; leadership experience preferred.

You will lead by example, performing and overseeing complex testing across multiple laboratory disciplines while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. In addition to hands-on bench work,you’llguide daily operations, mentor and train staff, and support their development through onboarding and ongoing education. The position also involves driving process improvements,maintainingcompliance and quality standards, managing equipment performance and inventory, and updating procedures to support best practices.
