Kensho, S&P Global’s AI hub in Cambridge, MA, seeks an MLOps Engineer to build and maintain a mature ML platform. You’ll empower ML engineers, ship scalable AI tooling, and drive adoption of open-source solutions while collaborating across multiple teams.

The role requires strong Python, Kubernetes, AWS expertise and a passion for scalable ML systems. We offer a competitive base salary range of 120k–140k with annual bonus eligibility and equity plans.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in ML infra, ML Ops, ML Engineering or similar
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Cloud Platform (AWS) understanding (EKS, Bedrock, SageMaker)
• Python proficiency (Python shop)
• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks and workflow orchestration (Ray, Airflow)
• Familiarity with ML concepts, LLMs and agents
• Ability to debug distributed systems across infra, networking and app layers
• Excellent communication skills to drive adoption of new tools
• Curious, driven, low-ego, eager to learn across engineering disciplines

Responsabilidades

• Iterate on Kensho’s ML processes to develop tools, services, and frameworks for robust, auditable ML workflows
• Collaborate with ML engineers to understand processes and identify pain points
• Provide stable tooling to enable rapid experimentation and prototyping into mature products
• Evaluate and champion open source and third-party solutions across teams
• Ship automated processes for model fine-tuning, RL, and evaluation of LLMs/Agents
• Improve observability for agentic systems in production and monitor drift
• Stay at the frontier by tracking new tools and promoting best practices across the team
