Job summary
Match Group is seeking an AI-native legal engineer to build, prototype, and scale AI tools for legal work across Tinder, Hinge, Match, OkCupid, and other brands. You’ll prototype end-to-end AI-assisted workflows, measure results against human baselines, and iterate with lawyers in the loop to ensure responsible deployment.

Qualifications
- 4+ years building, deploying, or applying AI products at an AI-forward tech company, a startup, a law firm innovation team, or in-house.
- Hands-on experience with prompting, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluations, and basics of fine-tuning or model selection
- Excellent communication across legal, technical, and business audiences. You’re a teacher who can bridge technical and plain language.

- Identify high-leverage AI opportunities across Match Group Legal teams and brands.
- Build, prototype, and ship AI tools and agents for real legal work.
- Train and onboard attorneys to new tools and workflows, creating user-friendly documentation.
