Responsibilities

Organize operating rhythms and processes across the ML group to ensure clarity on actions, owners, and timelines.
Identify friction points in planning, communication, and delivery and propose improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to keep initiatives moving forward smoothly.
Support planning, goal-setting, and reviews for major ML programs and org-wide initiatives.
Draft and manage internal communications, newsletters, and event content.
Provide leadership with materials, agendas, and logistics for meetings and reviews.
Track resources, budgets, and learning & development activities affecting the org.
