Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain processes, tools, and operating rhythms across Etsy's Machine Learning group.
• Identify friction points in planning, communication, and delivery.
• Recommend and pilot improvements to teamwork and execution.
• Strengthen coordination among key collaborators.
• Surface organizational insights to inform leadership decisions and process evolution.
• Coordinate participation, content, inputs, and progress tracking for company-wide planning and review processes.
• Draft and manage newsletters, organization updates, all-hands content, and presentations.
• Streamline communication across channels and audiences.
• Maintain distribution lists, Slack channels, and other communication pathways.
• Plan team events and department-wide gatherings.
• Support priority projects by gathering information, organizing materials, coordinating communication, and moving complex processes forward.
• Prepare leaders for meetings and events with materials, agendas, and logistics.
• Coordinate with Coordinators, Program Managers, and Executive Assistants across Etsy.
• Represent group leaders professionally and confidentially.
• Build cross-group connections and flag challenges, opportunities, and updates to leadership.
• Track L&D activities, expense reports, budget elements, calendars, travel, and scheduling assignments for VP-level Machine Learning Group Leads.
