Qualifications

• Experience building ML model training platforms and orchestration systems.
• Experience with large-scale distributed model training pipelines.
• Proficiency in experiment tracking, reproducibility, and artifact management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain training orchestration systems for large GPU clusters.
• Develop experiment management tooling for configuration, tracking, and artifacts.
• Build observability for training runs: metrics, loss curves, and anomalies.
• Automate the research iteration loop from launch to results.
• Manage job scheduling and cluster utilization for GPU compute.
• Create internal tooling and interfaces to speed researcher workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to support platform needs.
