Job summary

Hadrian in Los Angeles is seeking an ML infrastructure lead to own the platform that keeps models reliable, scalable, and secure in production across our autonomous factories. You will standardize deployment patterns around MLflow, Dagster, ECR, FastAPI, and EKS, forming the backbone for packaging, evaluating, releasing, serving, monitoring, and rolling back models.

Qualifications

• Track record building and operating production ML infrastructure across multiple models or inference workloads.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with typing, tests, packaging, and API design.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and distributed-system failures.
• Engineering background with model registries, feature systems, or CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build the production platform that enables Hadrian’s factories to safely depend on models with measurable performance and fast rollback.
• Develop shared batch and online serving for tabular, vision, document-AI workloads with clear SLAs.
• Create repeatable release and evaluation processes with tests, lineage, canaries, and A/B tests.
• Own online feature serving and maintain contract integrity with offline feature tables.
