Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineer, Data Platform & Segmentation to drive the technical vision for data platforms powering Customer and Commercial products. This hands-on role requires 3–6 years in data/ML engineering and a strong focus on architecture, pipelines and production readiness.

Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to design scalable segmentation models, deploy ML solutions, and ensure governance and security across Azure data

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in data platform, analytics engineering, or backend engineering.
• Strong programming experience with Python and ML libraries.
• Experience deploying production ML models and building ML pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills with large enterprise datasets.
• Ability to design training, evaluation and inference pipelines and APIs.
• Experience working with cloud-based data/ML platforms and MLOps practices.
• Excellent collaboration with product managers, engineers and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data preparation pipelines and feature engineering for ML applications.
• Develop training and inference pipelines; expose model predictions via APIs.
• Implement MLOps: versioning, CI/CD, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, observability and reliability in production.
• Partner with product teams to translate questions into durable data models and segmentation strategies.
