Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Data/ML Engineer to lead the technical direction for end-to-end ML capabilities within our digital products in North America. You will define problem framing, data foundations, model training, deployment, and monitoring while ensuring governance and reliability across pipelines.

You will work with product, design, data science, and platform teams to delivery ML features that drive measurable business impact across beverage brands in retail and digital

Qualifications

• Understand supervised learning, evaluation metrics, and common failure modes.
• Proficient Python and production-grade code with testing and CI/CD.
• Strong SQL/data analysis skills and data intuition for bias/leakage.
• Experience shipping ML systems with monitoring and retraining strategies.
• Knowledge of data platforms, warehousing, and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for end-to-end ML capabilities across product teams.
• Build and maintain data foundations: events, feature tables, and governance.
• Develop, train and evaluate models, with experiments and baselines.
• Deploy models to production with latency, reliability, and cost considerations.
• Establish monitoring, drift detection, and runbooks for model health.
• Mentor engineers and drive standardization of ML/data workflows.
