PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Quantitative Analytics & Model Development Consultant to join the Machine Learning Operationalization team.

You will design, build, and support scalable AI/ML solutions across the enterprise, partnering with data scientists and tech teams to ensure reliable and efficient production systems. The role emphasizes data engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and MLOps, with opportunities to deploy AI agents and monitor performance in production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and related experience.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting ML/AI solutions.
• Strong Python/SQL/R/PySpark and cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Move ML models from development into production with packaging and deployment.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines for model training, scoring, deployment and retraining.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and feature products for models.
• Create monitoring and analytics frameworks for many models.
• Design AI agents and workflows using LLMs and RAG.
• Develop testing frameworks for AI agents including bias and security.
• Deploy AI agents in production with guardrails and monitoring.
• Measure business value of deployed models with defined metrics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
