Job summary

PNC is seeking a Quantitative Analytics & Model Analyst Senior to join our Data Operations and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) team. This role designs, engineers, deploys, and supports scalable AI and machine learning solutions across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will combine system engineering, cloud, DevOps, and MLOps to productionize analytics and ML, partnering with data scientists, tech teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient deployments.

Qualifications

• Design and engineer AI / ML solutions including models and AI agents.
• Build scalable frameworks for developing, testing, and deploying ML models.
• Develop, validate, and test container images to deploy ML solutions.
• Experience in supporting ML/analytics, DevOps, or MLOps environments.
• Experience deploying ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or PySpark; working SQL knowledge.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, and deployment tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, JIRA/Confluence).
• Cloud experience on AWS or Azure; model governance and production support familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable frameworks and reusable components supporting model lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists to operate ML solutions in production.
• Support model deployment, testing, validation, and monitoring.
• Assist in managing model releases, version control, and deployment processes.
• Partner with engineering to set infrastructure standards for model deployment.
