Job summary

ZipRecruiter, Inc. is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to own a high-performing team responsible for building scalable software and ML-enabled solutions.

You will guide the mission, morale, and code quality while partnering with product managers to execute the roadmap and drive impactful ML deployments. You will champion innovation, remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentorship across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment at scale.
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineering leader.
• Experience applying, developing, and deploying ML models for significant business impact.
