Qualifications

• At least 2+ years managing machine learning teams, ideally in Ads domain.
• Deep hands-on experience in ML models and large-scale production.
• Proven track record in end-to-end ML lifecycle.
• 4+ years with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Ability to develop a clear technical strategy.
• Passion for scalable and responsible AI solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a roadmap for engagement modeling.
• Oversee model development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Recruit, mentor and retain top ML talent.
• Collaborate with PMs and other teams on engagement strategies.
• Implement and optimize model architectures for engagement prediction.
