Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams in ML.
- Ability to define and execute a long-term technical strategy.
- Hands-on ML background with deployment to production.
- Proficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch (4+ years).
- Strong strategic thinking aligned to business goals.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Experience in Ads or Engagement Modeling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for engagement modeling.
- Oversee end-to-end model development from ideation to deployment with performance and robustness.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing ML team; foster growth and collaboration.
- Partner with PMs, DS, and other engineers to align on data, strategies, and KPIs.
- Innovate in ML architectures for engagement/conversion prediction using deep learning.
