Job summary

Moveworks is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on GAI Search Relevance. You will guide end-to-end ML initiatives, including data synthesis, feature engineering, experimentation, and deployment for enterprise search powered by LLMs and RAG techniques.

You will drive technical direction, mentor staff-level engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams to scale relevance across new data and use cases.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Machine Learning or related field; PhD a plus.
• 8+ years of applied machine learning experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience at Staff Engineer level or higher.
• Experience mentoring staff-level engineers and delivering production-grade projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, and C++.

• Communicate progress and align ML initiatives with business goals.
