Qualifications

• Background in text processing, information retrieval, natural language understanding, or machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithm frameworks to support diverse conversational search applications such as multi-turn multi-hop question answering systems.
• Drive development of the search platform with new LLM-enabled generative AI features in a fast-paced environment for scalable prototyping and evaluation.
• Develop evaluation metrics for search models and leverage LLMs to address security and privacy challenges in enterprise settings.
• Contribute to building a high-performing team with an inclusive and positive culture.
