Job summary

Talantir, based in the United States, seeks an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven systems that monitor and optimize ad performance. You will translate ML insights into revenue impact and automate data collection for campaigns.

You will take projects from concept to production, building self-running processes with the latest AI tools while collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning / AI development.
• Strong experience with integrating AI tools and building production-grade applications.
• Demonstrated tinkerer/hacker mindset.
• Comfort with experimentation, rapid prototyping, and learning new tools quickly.
• Coding fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ML-driven systems and automations for marketing performance.
• Prototype and deploy AI tools and APIs to improve workflows and products.
• Integrate with marketing platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) to collect data and optimize campaigns.
• Build automated models and decision pipelines for bidding, targeting, and attribution.
• Evaluate experiments and model performance with statistical rigor.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to translate business needs into ML solutions.
• Analyze ROAS, CAC, LTV, and spend efficiency and feed into optimization logic.
