Job summary

Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a talented software engineer to help shape the future of video advertising on Prime Video. The role focuses on ML-based customer experiences, data-driven decision making, and scalable, mission-critical systems.

You will collaborate with scientists and engineers, own key initiatives, mentor teammates, and work on big data processing and model deployment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with Scientists to develop ML based solutions for Ads Customer Experience on Prime Video.
• Building solutions to process massive data, scale machine learning models, while defining and optimizing criteria critical to the success of the customer experience
• Driving cross-team initiatives and leading a team of developers on key initiatives.
• Mentoring engineers on the team.
