You will collaborate with scientists, build scalable ML systems, and mentor engineers. The role requires a BS in CS and 3+ years of software development; experience with video ad serving is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems, including design patterns and reliability and scaling.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with video ad serving and ad delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Scientists to build machine learning-based solutions for the Ads Customer Experience on Prime Video.
• Create systems that process massive datasets, scale machine learning models, and define and optimize criteria tied to customer experience outcomes.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and take ownership of key efforts by managing a team of developers.
• Mentor engineers on the team.
