Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino is seeking ML engineers to scope, design and implement models for Health and Fitness algorithms used across Apple Watch, iPhone and other products.

You will validate algorithms with synthetic and real data using generative AI, and collaborate with scientists, engineers, QA and project managers throughout the software lifecycle to ship features impacting millions of users daily.

Qualifications

• Strong background in ML/DL models, preferably with time series data.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Ph.D. or 5+ years in quantitative data science disciplines (statistics/biostatistics/epidemiology/computer science).

Responsibilities

• Scope, design and implement models for Health and Fitness algorithms for Apple Watch, iPhones and other products.
• Validate algorithms with synthetic data and real datasets using generative AI.
• Coordinate with scientists, engineers, QA and project managers across the software lifecycle to deliver secure, scalable features.
