Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a PhD in AI, CS, ML, NLP or related field.
• Experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, tool use, evaluation, or applied NLP systems.
• Strong programming in Python and at least one production language (Java/C++/Go/TypeScript).
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, LangChain or HuggingFace.
• Strong problem decomposition, data analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop large language models, agent systems, and related intelligent systems for global e-commerce logistics.
• Build domain LLM capabilities for e-commerce supply chain including RL, CPT, SFT, optimization and inference cost.
• Create multimodal understanding for logistics data to support simulation and prediction.
• Design core agent architecture, memory/state management, and tooling routing for safe execution.
