Job summary

CRC Group is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help build the ML foundation, develop production-grade models, and scale ML capabilities across the organization. You will work with a cross-functional team to define frameworks, contribute to roadmaps, and deliver end-to-end ML pipelines in production.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of data/ML experience, strong Python and ML framework skills, and hands-on Databricks/Azure expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and six to ten years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with Databricks and Azure for data engineering and ML workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Lakehouse Monitoring, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-grade ML models and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain ML orchestration and integration frameworks.
• Implement CI/CD and automated testing for ML solutions.
• Monitor, retrain, and maintain ML systems in production.
