CRC Group is building the foundation of its machine learning function in Charlotte, aiming to deploy production-grade models and data pipelines. As a senior data scientist/ML engineer, you will shape the ML strategy, frameworks, and operating model while hands-on developing and maintaining ML solutions.

You will lead development and deployment, ensure compliance, and scale ML capabilities across the organization, collaborating with product and business teams to drive measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required with six to ten years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks; experience with data science principles and model lifecycle management.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement the company-wide ML framework and best practices.
• Develop production-grade ML models and data pipelines; build orchestration and integration frameworks; maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML solutions.
• Monitor, retrain, and ensure performance of models in production; manage data updates and versioning; implement monitoring and alerting for ML services.
• Help establish processes, tools, and standards for a growing ML team; mentor teammates; foster a collaborative culture.
