Apple is seeking a core member of the Product Design FEA team to develop and implement ground-breaking machine learning methods based on predictive finite element simulations. You will work on influential design load cases to accelerate iterations across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Vision Pro and future products.

The role requires MS in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, strong ML/DL/optimization skills, and proficiency in Python.

Formación

• M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in ML, DL, and optimization.
• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis or other numerical methods in computational physics and mechanics.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with passion for creating cutting edge products.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement machine learning methods based on predictive finite element simulations and critical design load cases.
• Drive rapid design iterations by assessing risks and optimizing trade-offs.
• Collaborate with the product design team from early stages to engineer groundbreaking products.
• Integrate ML models into design workflows and validate performance on real-world data.
