Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad is seeking a Manager I to lead a 20-25 person ML data annotation team within GO-AI. You will drive workforce strategy, talent development and a culture of customer obsession and high performance.

Responsibilities include delivering on SLAs, coaching and performance reviews, and translating vision into actionable goals. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and scale programs across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent with 4+ years experience; 18 months as team lead.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel and Word.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20–25 associates in ML data annotation operations.
• Ensure SLA delivery and KPIs like quality scores.
• Generate reports on team performance and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement and audit methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and remote teams.
