Key job responsibilities

1. Maintain and follow strict confidentiality to protect customer privacy.
2. Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
3. Deliver high-quality labeled data according to provided guidelines, meeting KPIs using in-house tools and software.
4. Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities: text, image, video, and audio.
5. Make sound judgments and logical decisions when handling ambiguous or incomplete information.
6. Pay close attention to detail and adapt quickly to different requirements.
7. Support daily operational tasks for multiple projects and team members.
8. Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
9. Identify operational issues and suggest procedural or tool improvements.
10. Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution.

A day in the life

As a ML Data Associate (MLDA), you will perform foundational labeling tasks such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions
