Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our restaurant team. Responsibilities include crafting beverages, delivering friendly service, and maintaining a vibrant bar in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage a full beverage program, understand pairings, and uphold sanitation standards while working with a team for timely service. This role requires 21+ and TAM card; health and safety are priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or casino/hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Nevada TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Card required
• Food Handler Safety Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings
• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Accurately process orders using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
• Monitor guest consumption and comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and restocking
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
