Qualifications

• Bartender license: complete a responsible beverage server training course and obtain an operator's license.
• Bartending experience: 1–2 years in a similar role preferred.
• POS and cash handling: experience using POS systems and processing payments accurately.
• Age requirement: must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to customer preferences and standard recipes.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age by checking IDs before serving alcohol.
• Monitor guest alcohol intake and cut off intoxicated patrons as needed.
• Serve hot food while maintaining food safety standards and hygiene.
• Take drink and food orders, provide menu recommendations, and engage with guests.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure timely service.
• Handle customer payments accurately using the POS system.
