Caesars Entertainment in Council Bluffs is seeking a full-time beverage server to deliver friendly, prompt beverage service and create memorable guest experiences on a fast-paced casino floor.

The role requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with on-site opportunities and benefits supporting education and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read, write, understand and speak English.
• Excellent customer service / communication skills.
• Knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques.
• Must be physically mobile with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to guests.
• Providing a great experience for every guest every time through courteous interaction.
• Keeping informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events and services.
• Maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.
• Operates a cash register/POS system and gives correct change.
• Maintains a clean and stocked workstation per health and safety guidelines.
