Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Jack Binion's Steakhouse in Council Bluffs, IA, is seeking a part-time bartender to deliver prompt, courteous beverage service and create memorable guest experiences.

You'll monitor guest alcohol consumption, know cocktail ingredients, operate a POS, and keep a clean, stocked bar area while supporting promos and events. This on-site role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, with the ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Team-based work ethic under high-volume conditions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• English language proficiency (read, write, speak).
• Knowledge of cocktails and proper mixing.
• Physically mobile; ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
