Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles, recipes and trends.
• Able to obtain all required alcohol service certifications.
• Demonstrates hospitality, friendliness and beverage knowledge.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintains service standards and checks IDs to verify age.
• Handles cash following company policies and maintains a clean work area.
• Provides excellent guest service and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Maintains security of company assets.
