Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) is seeking a Bartender/Cook to craft classic and creative beverages in a vibrant hotel bar. You’ll engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean, organized space with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience.
• Bartender certification is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift as required.

Responsibilities

• You will be the life of the party at our hotel bar, creating innovative and delicious cocktails.
• Mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor.
• Opportunities for advancement to roles such as bar manager, sommelier, or food and beverage manager.
