Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Bartender/Mixologist to craft classic and creative cocktails in a vibrant hotel bar. You will engage guests, manage bar inventory, and keep a clean, organized area while delivering outstanding service with mixology flair.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience and a keen eye for detail, plus a friendly demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify/read product labels and communicate with guests.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Warm, professional demeanor reflecting Culture of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be the life of the party at our hotel bar by crafting cocktails that delight guests.
• Mix and serve drinks, maintain bar cleanliness, and provide exceptional service.
• Report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor.
• Opportunities for advancement to bar manager or food & beverage roles.
