  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mixologist - Hotel Bar

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our hotel bar team. This role goes beyond standard bartending—you’ll be responsible for crafting unique, high‑quality cocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and helping define the bar’s identity. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of spirits, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to balance creativity with consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and prepare innovative cocktails, as well as execute classic recipes with precision
  • Curate seasonal drink menus that align with the hotel’s brand and guest preferences
  • Provide personalized service, engaging guests and offering recommendations based on their tastes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and special beverage programs
  • Train and mentor junior bar staff when required
