You will enforce safety procedures and prepare ready-to-produce mixtures, maintaining batch records and collaborating with supervision to optimize daily production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production or manufacturing team.
• Strong communication skills and proactive leadership.
• Ability to schedule team tasks and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are followed by all team members.
• Maintain mixtures ready for production runs 24 hours in advance.
• Ensure batches are labeled with lot numbers and meet specs.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Report issues to Supervisor.
• Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
