Custom Culinary®, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Mixing Operator for the second shift in Avon, OH. The role involves safe operation and setup of mixing equipment, including troubleshooting in accordance with GMP and HACCP standards.
You will load ingredients, monitor blends, perform sampling, and maintain documentation of production and quality metrics. Requirements include lifting up to 60 lbs, fluent English, basic math, and ERP experience.
TITLE: Mixing Operator - Second Shift
LOCATION: Onsite in Avon, OH
SHIFT & HOURS: Monday thru Friday, 1pm – 9:30pm (Saturday overtime as needed)
Hiring Hourly Rate: $21.36/hr. (plus $2 shift differential)

The Mixing Operatoris responsible forthe safe operation and loading of mixing equipmentandfor operating, setting up, and troubleshooting production equipmentin accordance withcompany quality, safety, and regulatory standards (Good Manufacturing Practice,Hazard Analysis,Critical Control Point, andGriffith Production System).
