Job summary

Custom Culinary®, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Mixing Operator for the second shift in Avon, OH. The role involves safe operation and setup of mixing equipment, including troubleshooting in accordance with GMP and HACCP standards.

You will load ingredients, monitor blends, perform sampling, and maintain documentation of production and quality metrics. Requirements include lifting up to 60 lbs, fluent English, basic math, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 60 pounds repeatedly during shift
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English
• Proficient in basic arithmetic for material counts and batching
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX or RedZone)
• Willing to overtime including Saturdays as needed
• Able to stand, walk, and operate in a production environment
• Able to work onsite in Avon, OH
• No visa sponsorship available for this role

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mixing equipment and loading of ingredients
• Verify accurate counts of raw materials for blending
• Discharge blended product from blender using PLC touchscreen kettles
• Adhere to customer sampling requirements for blended product
• Document production, quality, and performance in daily schedule
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area
• Dispose of trash and maintain a clean生产 space
• Lift up to 60 lbs as needed during shift
