Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in McComb, Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Mixer Operator to prepare product according to standard recipes and operate mixing equipment with computerized controls.

You will follow standard operating procedures, maintain quality and safety, and work a flexible schedule on 2nd or 3rd shift, including overtime and weekends as needed. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to measure and read scales accurately.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operates commercial grade mixing equipment with computerized control systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures with attention to detail.
• Alert supervisors of quality or safety issues.
• Work safely at all times.
• On the floor 100% of shift.
• Flexible schedule as needed.
• Other duties as needed.
