Maker’s Pride, LLC in Ohio is seeking a Material Handler to store, move, and handle materials in a GMP-driven environment. You will operate forklifts and assist in the Mixing Department per standard recipes and production schedules.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, 5S housekeeping, labeling, safety compliance, and communicating issues to supervisors. A high school diploma and ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required; overtime may be needed.

Formación

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
• Ability to operate stand‑up and extended forklifts.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, transport, pack, remove and dispose of products and materials.
• Operate forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
• Maintain inventory levels as directed.
• Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
• Ship and receive materials throughout duration of shift.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
• Count, weigh, record numbers of units or materials moved or handled.
• Ensure that product moved is identified and labeled correctly.
• Perform required housekeeping to maintain 5S and keep work areas clean.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Operates commercial grade mixing equipment with computerized control systems.
• Must have strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for alerting Operators, Leads or Supervisors of any quality or safety issue.
• Responsible for always working safely.
• On the floor 100% of shift.
• Other duties as needed.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
