Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Dough Mixer for the 3rd shift in Terre Haute, IN. You will operate a mixing machine, ensure product quality, and keep a clean, organized work area while following GMPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include loading ingredients, monitoring equipment, recording logs, and communicating changes between shifts. Strong math, reading, and instruction-following skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to measure and read scales and thermometers; understands units.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Place raw ingredients into a mixer per designated formula.
• Operate mixer controls to blend ingredients.
• Package final product into troughs.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow GMPs.
• Record ingredient usage and log numbers.
• Communicate mix sheet changes to the next shift.
• Follow safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Meet attendance standards as scheduled.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
