Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. in Holland, MI is seeking a Mixing Operator I to work 12-hour rotational shifts, days or nights. This role supports the Mixing Department by monitoring, adjusting, and validating materials to ensure high quality output for internal and external customers.

The position requires lifting up to 100 lbs, use of HMI controls, data entry, and adherence to safety, 5S standards, and training requirements. Basic computer and math skills are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial.
• Basic computer tasks and arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review, understand, respond, and record real-time data on the Mixing Control Panel
• Ensure Mixing batch is running to Specification Sheet parameters and minor adjustments
• Manually load raw materials into mixers up to 100lbs and operate hoists/cranes
• Take ownership of the Quality process and record data in systems
• Complete daily documentation and audits and follow work instructions
• Adhere to safety requirements and dress code; maintain 5S3R standards
• Participate in training and maintain on-site attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned
