Job summary

Conagra Brands in Kent, WA is seeking a Production Associate to operate and monitor mixing equipment in a fast-paced, team-based setting. You will follow production formulas, record data, and assist with cleaning and maintenance while meeting safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting 50-pound bags, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work a 5:30 AM–2:00 PM shift with overtime and weekends as needed. This onsite position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience in an industrial or food production environment.
• Experience following written instructions, recipes, or standard operating procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Willingness to work onsite and adhere to established schedules, including overtime and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment in accordance with production schedules and established procedures.
• Measure, stage, and add ingredients according to production formulas and work instructions.
• Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments within defined parameters to maintain product quality.
• Enter production, batch, and quality data into computer systems and complete required documentation accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance of mixing equipment.
• Follow all food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Communicate process issues, quality concerns, or equipment problems to the Production Team Leader.
• Work scheduled overtime and weekends as required to meet production demands.
