Job summary

Conagra Brands in Kent, WA is seeking a Production Associate to operate mixing equipment, monitor processes and input batch data to ensure safe, accurate, and on-schedule product output. You will follow recipes, measure ingredients, and maintain quality under a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The position requires lifting 50-pound bags, standing for long periods, and willingness to work the 5:30 AM–2:00 PM shift with overtime and weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience in an industrial or food production environment.
• Experience following written instructions, recipes, or standard operating procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Willingness to work onsite and adhere to established schedules, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment in accordance with production schedules and established procedures.
• Measure, stage, and add ingredients according to production formulas and work instructions.
• Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments within defined parameters to maintain product quality.
• Enter production, batch, and quality data into computer systems and complete required documentation accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance of mixing equipment.
• Follow all food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Communicate process issues, quality concerns, or equipment problems to the Production Team Leader.
• Work scheduled overtime and weekends as required to meet production demands.
