POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of the Tanker bay person is to transfer all edible liquid egg meeting USDA and Company specifications for final distribution. They are responsible for monitoring and
documenting all tanks and tankers ensuring all vessels are cleaned and sanitized. This position is also cross-trained in the duties and responsibilities of the inedible tanker bay, ensuring proper
removal of shells and inedible product. Proper procedures must be followed and accurate checks and records must be kept. This person must follow all company and USDA standards and
ensure all tankers and vessels are monitored and documented to meet those standards.
This position has the responsibility to comply with Safety work rules at all times as well as an obligation to reinforce Safety as a Core Value. Ensures that all policies, procedures and
activities, related to Food Safety & Quality, are followed and complied with uniformly, in an effort to reduce product and process variability.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
