Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Related Experience: Mixing machine operation, blending, food industry, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Qualification Requirement: Must successfully complete designated training and qualification requirements for assigned mixer systems.
• Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge - data entry.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping, rework, preparing packaging and product, and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Follow mix instructions and provide clear, concise documentation of production work.
• Operate and tend machines to mix or blend various food products.
• Monitor gauges, flow meters, and thermometers to adjust materials, temperatures, and speeds for quality and safety.
• Maintain safety procedures including PPE and safe handling of chemicals.
