Wood Personnel Services is currently hiring Machine Operators and Mixer Operators in the Nashville area. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are ready to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. These are entry level positions and a great way to get started with an established food manufacturing facility.

Machine Operator / Mixer Operator Shift and Compensation:

• Machine Operator: $19.15 an hour
• Mixer Operator: $19.67 an hour
• 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available

Machine Operator / Mixer Operator Skills and Qualifications:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery
• Conduct quality inspections and monitor production performance
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation
• Operate mixing and blending equipment used in food manufacturing
• Follow recipes, mixing instructions, and production specification.

Machine Operator / Mixer Operator Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or food production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and climb stairs
• Ability to follow safety procedures, production instructions, and quality standards
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Must have reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
