SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready-mix concrete, is seeking Mixer Operators (CDL) to deliver quality concrete to construction sites and return home daily. You’ll represent SRM with professionalism, meet exact specs, and uphold safety standards on every route.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, in all weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience as Mixer Operator or Ready Mix driver is a plus, but newcomers welcome.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) safely delivering ready mix.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at job sites with SRM professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols for team and public safety.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
