SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete and provide outstanding customer service. You will be the SRM face at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with professionalism and care.

You will operate concrete mixer trucks (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and maintain safety and records. This role offers local routes, home daily, competitive pay, and benefits.

• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, work in all weather.

• Experience as Mixer Operator/Ready Mix Driver is a plus, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Provide exceptional customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with plant/yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
