SRM Concrete is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to join our team. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, delivering quality concrete and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and professionalism.

As a Mixer Operator with a Class A or B CDL, you’ll handle deliveries to commercial and residential sites, perform inspections, and coordinate with dispatch. You’ll be part of a national leader committed to excellence and service.)

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.

• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, “Go-Getter” attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
